Marketing teams needed a way to create, manage, and track broadcast campaigns without relying on engineering resources for every change. The existing workflow was slow and required developer intervention for routine campaign operations.
Outcome
Built a comprehensive campaign management platform with a reusable component library and robust TypeScript APIs, enabling teams to independently manage campaigns. This sped up new feature delivery by approximately 30% across Floworx projects.
Context
Developed at Floworx as a core product, working closely with the product team to iterate on the builder UX. The reusable component library was adopted across multiple Floworx.io projects.
